Family Support Program for Mental Health & Addiction

Supporting a loved one through mental health or substance use challenges can be overwhelming—not just for them, but for you as well. At Lion Heart Behavioral Health, our Family Support Program is designed to support the entire family system, offering guidance, connection, and practical tools for navigating both mental health and addiction.

Family members often experience stress, anxiety, confusion, and emotional strain while trying to help someone they care about. Without the right support, it can feel isolating. But you are not alone.

Our weekly in-person and virtual Family Support Group provides a space to learn, share, and grow alongside others who understand what you’re going through. Through our weekly group, we help families better understand their loved one’s experience and build healthier ways to support recovery and healing. All sessions are free and open to the public.
